Recently, our company’s technical team has overcome multiple technical challenges and successfully launched a new generation of fully automatic power fence equipment assembly line. This equipment has achieved full automation of the entire process of substation enclosure panels, from material distribution, vibration, maintenance to demolding, greatly improving single shift production capacity and product qualification rate.

The new generation fully automatic formwork assembly line released this time is a milestone product of our company in the field of precast concrete equipment. This production line integrates high-precision measuring fabric system, multi-dimensional high-frequency variable frequency vibration system, and temperature and humidity intelligent control system, completely solving the industry pain points of large component strength dispersion, multiple surface bubbles, and difficult size accuracy control in traditional production methods.

Through actual testing on the customer’s production line, this equipment has reduced the production cycle time of a single standard fence board to 15 minutes, and overall production efficiency has been improved by about 40%. Meanwhile, due to the implementation of precise automation control, concrete waste has been reduced by about 15%, and the yield rate has remained stable at over 99.5%, bringing significant economic benefits and quality assurance to customers.
